Pioneer seeks to engage a developer to discuss the requirement's, create a prototype, deploy the site (all for a fixed price), and provide ongoing support after deployment (with a negotiable price structure). A priority is placed on simplicity of the user interface for data entry and search. Security, backup and monitoring of use shall be required in the scope of the project. We have established a DB schema in place. You will learn and process this schema, provide suggestions for efficiency and standardization/documentation, and help to implement all fields, tables, and relationships with proper RDBMS design best practices. Once the database is established and live, we will build a backend layer with django to handle all CRUD calls for accessing and updating the database, as well as a simple front end layer with HTMS/Alpine.js to act as an easy to use interface for our users.
