🧠 About the Project:
We are building TALENTRA.IO, a next-gen AI-powered resume and job-matching platform targeted at international job seekers. The platform will feature smart resume creation, ATS optimization, job board integration, analytics, and one-click apply.
We're looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer or small team to help bring this product to life in an affordable but high-quality way.
🚀 Responsibilities:
Build and launch the MVP of the AI resume builder platform.
Develop core modules: resume generator, job tailoring tool, analytics dashboard, and job matching engine.
Integrate OpenAI APIs for AI-generated content (resumes, cover letters).
Design a responsive UI using React.js/Next.js + Tailwind or Chakra UI.
Create and manage backend services using Node.js or Python (Fast API).
Integrate external APIs . Payment gateway API, Job Board API, Dev APIS.
Implement a Chrome extension for job description parsing.
Optimize for GDPR compliance and resume privacy.
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience with React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS.
Strong backend experience in Node.js or Python (FastAPI preferred).
Hands-on experience with OpenAI API or similar LLM integrations.
Familiarity with job board APIs and ATS concepts.
Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Firebase.
Portfolio of SaaS projects or resume/job tech tools (bonus points for resume builders).
