We are building a training, certification, and job management platform for our company. Place-holder bids will not be considered.
What you are building:
A web application that sits on top of Kajabi (our training platform). Members log into our system only — they never interact with Kajabi directly. Everything flows through our platform via SSO, webhooks, and the Kajabi API.
Tech stack: React · Node.js + Express · PostgreSQL · AWS S3 · Railway or Render
Integrations required:
— Kajabi SSO, webhooks, user provisioning, and payments
— SendGrid (12 email triggers) and Twilio (SMS notifications)
— Smartsheet + Zapier (V1 job pipeline bridge)
— AWS S3 (private file storage)
— Stripe (architected in, not activated at V1) Kajabi has a payment system.

— Job submission portal with full audit log
— Automated badge generator triggered by Kajabi certification webhook
— Corporate Manager branch architecture with consolidated billing
