This project is not a standard website build, it is a fully integrated system designed to identify, evaluate, and convert top global talent into long-term contributors, hires, or partners.
The platform will support multiple participant categories including Developers, AI Engineers, Marketers, and Brand Strategists, and must be built with performance, clarity, and usability in mind.
The core objective is to create a seamless pipeline that begins with user acquisition and application intake, progresses through structured project submission, and culminates in a scoring and evaluation system that surfaces the highest-performing individuals.
The platform must also capture and organize valuable user data to support future decision-making and predictive talent modeling.
