Full Stack Developer React/Next/Node/Exp

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (Freelancer) to work on a production-ready Law Firm Management System. The ideal candidate will take ownership of both frontend and backend development, contribute to architecture decisions, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions with minimal supervision.
This role is best suited for someone who has real-world production experience, understands system design, and can work independently while communicating clearly with stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development
Develop and enhance frontend applications using React.js & Next.js
Build and maintain backend APIs using Node.js & Express.js
Implement clean, scalable, and secure application architecture
Ensure smooth integration between frontend, backend, and database
Core Feature Development
Admin panel development (users, roles, analytics, services, blogs)
Attorney panel development (cases, evidence, availability, appointments)
User panel development (booking, payments, case tracking)
Case management, appointment scheduling, and evidence handling
Multi-role access control (Admin, Attorney, Client, etc.)
Database & System Design
Design and optimize MySQL database schemas
Write efficient queries and handle complex data relationships
Implement data validation, logging, and error handling
Security & Performance
Implement authentication, authorization, and RBAC
Secure file uploads (images, PDFs, documents)
Optimize application performance and API response times
Follow best practices for security and data protection
Deployment & Maintenance
Collaborate with DevOps or assist in deployment when needed
Debug, refactor, and improve existing codebase
Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
Provide technical guidance and recommendations
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of professional experience in full stack development
Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Express.js
Advanced experience with Node.js & Express.js
Solid understanding of MySQL and relational database design
Experience with REST APIs and system architecture
Strong knowledge of authentication, RBAC, and security practices
Experience working on production SaaS applications
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with legal, healthcare, or enterprise systems
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms
Experience handling payment gateways
Knowledge of real-time features and notifications
Ability to guide junior developers
