Full-Stack Developer

About Us:We are a startup building an all-in-one Daycare Management Platform that will transform how daycares operate. From admissions and billing to operations, communication, and educational tools, our goal is to simplify the entire daycare experience for both parents and administrators.
Role Overview:We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can work across both front-end and back-end development. This role is internship-style with lower pay (as we are in early startup phase), but it offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience, build a product from the ground up, and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop front-end interfaces (responsive dashboards, parent portals, admin panels).
Build and maintain secure, scalable back-end systems for admissions, billing, operations, and communication modules.
Integrate features for parent-teacher communication and educational content management.
Collaborate closely with founders to iterate quickly and deliver MVP features.
Ensure data security and smooth user experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience (or strong interest) in front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
Knowledge of back-end development (Node.js, Django, Laravel, or similar).
Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
Understanding of APIs, authentication, and cloud hosting.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Passion for startups and willingness to take ownership.
Nice to Have:
Experience in SaaS or education-tech products.
UI/UX design sense.
Previous project showcasing both front and back end skills.
