Develop the final visual design of the action bar based on the existing layout.
> **Important:** At this stage, there is no need to create a new interface or change its structure. It is essential to effectively implement the existing design vision within the project's style.

# Source Materials
The contractor will be provided with:
- HUD mockup;
- Action bar diagram;
- Existing UI elements of the project;

# Task
We need to develop a **static design for the action bar**.
The bar should serve as a reference for artistic quality and visual language, which will be used in the development of other HUD elements.

# What needs to be done
Develop:
- a common panel container;
- design of action buttons;
- decorative elements;
- materials and textures;
- color scheme;
- frame shape;
- visual accents.
Action icons are **not required**. Instead, leave neat empty areas for future icons.

At this stage, the following is **not required**:
- changing the layout of elements;
- suggesting an alternative layout;
- changing UX panels;
- drawing icons;
- creating button states (Hover / Pressed / Disabled / Selected);
- creating animations;
- preparing a UI Kit;
- exporting sprites;
- adapting the design for Unity.
