Ghostwriter Needed for Clean Romance

I'm looking for a long-term Clean Romance Ghostwriter to write Coastal Romance(30k words). I want the writer to have strong punctuation and grammar. I would like to build a long-term relationship because I have a lot of future projects planned.

I will give space to the writer as I want them to be able to utilize their own strengths and imagination. I'm also patient and will not rush. The writer must be communicative and respond within a reasonable amount of time. They must have experience writing clean romance.

The type of stories I am looking for are emotionally immersive clean romances with:
strong emotional connection between characters
meaningful chemistry and tension
natural dialogue and banter
immersive scenery and atmosphere
cozy community / small-town feel
emotionally satisfying endings
no cliffhangers

*I especially value stories that make the reader FEEL emotions rather than simply being told what characters are thinking.

The ideal writer understands:
emotional pacing
scene immersion
showing emotion through actions/interactions
layered character development
natural scene transitions
balancing dialogue with meaningful activity and movement within scenes
