Job Description

We are currently seeking a Global Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with internal leadership teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic HR advisor, ensuring effective HR practices, employee engagement, and compliance across diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives

  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development

  • Support talent acquisition initiatives in collaboration with recruitment teams

  • Manage performance management processes and employee development programs

  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality

  • Support onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding processes

  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and HR regulations

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
