We are launching a white-label Go High Level (GHL) agency targeting the US market. We need a skilled GHL setup and delivery specialist or small team to onboard new clients, configure their GHL sub-accounts, deliver our full suite of GHL-powered services, and ensure every client goes live cleanly, completely, and professionally.


This is a long-term, on-demand engagement. When a client is closed by our Sales team, the baton passes to you. Your job is to set them up fast in GHL, configure everything correctly, document it thoroughly, and make the client feel they made the right decision signing up.


This is not a basic GHL admin role. We expect professionals with deep, hands-on GHL expertise across the full GHL product suite β€” someone who can build, configure, test, and deliver complex GHL environments independently from a handoff brief without constant supervision.


Engagement Model

This engagement operates on a purely on-demand and project-based model. There is no monthly confirmation process, no fixed schedule, and no recurring work obligation on either side.

You are on standby and activated per written project commission or per client handoff brief. Once either is received, acknowledge and confirm start within 4 business hours.

What You'll Do

  • Receive client handoff briefs from our Sales team and execute full GHL sub-account setup and onboarding from scratch
  • Build and deploy GHL niche, industry, or vertical snapshots as commissioned β€” pre-configured GHL templates tailored to specific business types β€” see snapshot pricing above
  • Create and configure white-labeled GHL sub-accounts β€” fully branded, tested, and ready for production use
  • Deploy the full range of purchased GHL features and capabilities for each client β€” configured, tested, and production-ready including but not limited to:
    • Funnels, websites, and landing pages
    • Automated workflows and pipelines
    • Calendars and appointment scheduling
    • Reputation management and review automation
    • Conversation AI and chat widgets
    • Email and SMS marketing campaigns
    • Membership and course areas
    • SaaS Mode configuration and snapshot management
    • Two-way texting, missed call text-back, and voicemail drops
    • Lead capture forms and surveys
    • Social media auto-posting
    • Payment and invoicing setup
    • Reporting and dashboard configuration
  • Import, migrate, and map client data from up to 2 existing systems into GHL β€” CRM platforms, spreadsheets, legacy databases, or other sources β€” contacts, pipelines, tags, notes, and relevant history
  • Build client-facing GHL assets β€” websites, landing pages, funnels, booking pages, and more
  • Integrate third-party tools with GHL as needed β€” Zapier, Make, Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, Google Business Profile, Facebook Ads Manager, and others
  • White-label all GHL client-facing elements to match the client's branding β€” logos, colors, custom domain, and messaging
  • Produce all required documentation for every onboarding β€” GHL how-to guides, feature reference sheets, migration reports, go-live checklists, and snapshot guides
  • Conduct a thorough GHL go-live check β€” confirm all features work, all integrations are live, all data is correctly migrated, all documentation is complete, and the client's GHL environment is fully production-ready
  • Provide 60 days of post-go-live GHL support for every onboarding β€” included in the base price
  • Proactively identify and recommend additional GHL features, non-GHL complementary tools, or services that would benefit the client β€” flag these to our Sales team as upsell opportunities
