GHL Closer – Remote
We're looking for a proven cold sales closer with real hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) and its CRM. You'll contact U.S.-based small businesses to introduce our GHL-powered automation services, demo the platform live, and close the deal.
This role is on an as-needed basis. You will be informed before the start of each month whether your services are needed for that month.
Work ScheduleMonday to Friday 4 hours per day, between 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM EST
Compensation: Base + Commission
Guaranteed Monthly Base — $100/month, paid when you complete and document at least 50 sales calls to 50 different prospective businesses that month, where you spoke with a real person at the business — calls that reach voicemail, an automated message, or any other non-human response do not count toward the 50. Proof required: timestamped call recordings (or CRM call logs with timestamps and contact names) for each of the 50 qualifying calls, submitted at month-end for verification before payout.
Commission — 10% of the total deal value on every client you close. Commission for a sale is paid out after the client has remained active for 1 full month from their sign-up date. If the client cancels or churns before completing that first month, no commission is paid on that sale.
Volume Bonus (Residual Commission) — the more you close in a single month, the longer you keep earning that 10% on the same client's revenue going forward:
If a client downgrades or reduces their payment below the level at which the original sale was closed, the residual commission will be recalculated to be commensurate with the new (lower) payment amount, from that point forward. If a client cancels entirely, commission stops immediately for that client — no further commission is paid for that month or any subsequent month.
