We need a designer to design:
1. a website,
2. a mobile application
3. webadmin pages
for the service.
All interfaces will be HTML, JS, and CSS-based.
This is just an overview of what we need, and we are aware that we need to go through the details. We have an initial landing web page design which can be used for further work or replaced if necessary.
Description of the service:
The service will allow people to post the items they want to sell.
Buyers will directly come in contact with the seller, and no process or transaction will go through the service.
The service will offer subscription plans for sellers to post their items.
Service will list products in categories and will have generic home pages for sellers.
The category tree and filtering will be shown on the appropriate pages.
Web and mobile pages are:

4. subscription management pages
5. Chat with sellers
6. favorite sellers
7. subscription management pages

9. Manage your products
10. etc
Admin pages:
1. manage users: edit, disable, enable, etc

Please provide a range or describe the price in any other manner based on currently known and unknown related pages.
Price should be separated for:
1. web
2. mobile
3. webadmin
There would be modifications to add options to the pages during development, so please consider that when bidding.
We are aware that the specification is generally open. Therefore, we need to make an agreement that covers changes during and after the project's completion. It can be, for example, a fixed price for the initial set and hourly for changes after, or whatever seems reasonable for you.
