About the Studio
WeyBorn Studio is dedicated to producing documentaries that preserve memory and inspire the next generation. Our mission extends beyond film — we aim to mentor younger storytellers and connect communities through history, truth, and art.
We’re looking for a Grant & Mission Development Specialist to identify and secure grants aligned with our creative and educational goals.
Responsibilities
Research and apply for grants supporting documentary filmmaking, history, education, and youth mentorship.
Write compelling proposals and progress reports.
Develop outreach partnerships with schools, cultural institutions, and foundations.
Support long-term educational programs connected to WeyBorn Studio’s mission.
Compensation
Flexible: Hourly / Per-Project / Bonus-per-Award model.
Negotiable based on experience and results.
Remote role; flexible hours.
Ideal Candidate
Experienced grant writer with a strong track record in film, arts, or education funding.
Excellent written and research skills.
Familiarity with nonprofit partnerships, educational programs, or arts foundations.
Motivated by storytelling, mentoring, and cultural preservation.
