Graphic Designer – Promotional Flyers & Animations (Conversion Focused)

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to create high-converting promotional visuals for Bella, including flyers, GIFs, and short animations. This role combines brand-focused design with performance-driven strategy to drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Design static flyers, animated GIFs, and short looping promos
Make Bella the primary visual focus (60–80% of layout space)
Maintain clean layouts, readable text, and brand consistency
Follow visual hierarchy: hero image → headline → CTA → supporting details
Apply sales psychology, color theory, and conversion-focused design
Implement revisions promptly and meet deadlines
Deliver polished files in required formats (PNG, JPG, GIF, MP4)
Requirements
Experience in promotional or social media design, including animation
Detail-oriented, brand-conscious, and conversion-focused
Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback
Comfortable working within niche adult-oriented themes
