Education & Training Personal Growth & Family

We are a growing personal development brand with an established digital product and an active, engaged customer base. We are now launching a live 10-week group coaching program to complement our flagship habit transformation product.

The program guides participants through a structured daily habit system covering five key areas of their lives: mindset, physical health and energy, environment, relationships, and personal identity. It is built around proven behavior change science.

Full details about the brand, the product, and the program materials will be shared with shortlisted candidates. We are keeping this posting intentionally brief at this stage.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a certified, experienced coach to lead weekly group coaching sessions across multiple participant cohorts. This is a recurring contract role with strong earning potential and clear room to grow as the program scales.

Each cohort runs for 10 weeks. You will lead up to three separate groups of 20 participants each — one group per session day — giving you up to 60 active participants and 30 paid coaching hours per cohort.

This is not a one-off engagement. Coaches who deliver strong results will be invited back for every subsequent cohort, creating reliable, predictable recurring income.

What You Will Do

  • Facilitate one 60-minute live group coaching session per week for each of your assigned groups (up to 3 sessions per week)
  • Guide participants through weekly habit themes using our structured program materials — provided in full before the cohort begins
  • Provide accountability, encouragement, and practical strategies to keep participants on track
  • Address common challenges: missed days, motivation dips, habit stacking, and identity-level change
  • Participate lightly in a private group community for between-session support — approximately 15–30 minutes per week
  • Provide a brief post-session summary or key takeaways for participants after each call
  • Attend a 30-minute pre-cohort briefing call to align on program goals, tone, and structure

Time Commitment

Item

Detail

Contract duration:  10 weeks per cohort

Sessions per week:  Up to 3 (one per group, each 60 minutes)

Total coaching hours:  30 hours per cohort (10 weeks × 3 sessions × 1 hour)

Session days:  Flexible — e.g. Monday / Wednesday / Friday

Session times: Negotiable — agreed based on participant time zones

Between-session support:  Light-touch community monitoring (~15–30 mins/week)

Pre-cohort briefing:  1 × 30-minute onboarding call before cohort begins

Compensation

This is an hourly rate contract. Please include your rate in your application. We will review all proposals and respond to shortlisted candidates within 5 business days.

Given the volume of hours per cohort (30 coaching hours plus light between-session support), please submit a rate that reflects the value of the full engagement rather than a one-off session rate.

Coaches who deliver strong results will be invited to lead future cohorts, creating a reliable recurring income stream as the program grows.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

  • Recognized coaching certification in one or more of the following: Life Coaching (CLC or equivalent), Habit Coaching, Accountability Coaching, or NLP Practitioner
  • Minimum 2 years of coaching experience including group coaching or facilitation
  • Confident, warm, and engaging facilitation style — able to hold a group’s attention and draw out genuine participation
  • Strong understanding of habit formation, behavior change, and accountability frameworks
  • Reliable internet connection and comfortable using Zoom or similar video platforms
  • Professional, punctual, and responsive — participants are paying customers and their experience matters

Preferred (not required):

  • Experience in the personal development, wellness, or mindset space
  • Familiarity with habit science — knowledge of behavior change research and frameworks is a strong plus
  • Experience facilitating groups of 15–25 people
  • Warm, encouraging presence that aligns with a supportive, non-judgmental coaching tone
  • Fluent in easily understood English.

How to Apply

Please submit your proposal including the following:

  1. Your coaching certifications and years of experience
  2. A brief description of your group coaching experience and typical group sizes
  3. Your hourly rate
  4. Your time zone and general availability for session days and times
  5. A short paragraph (3–5 sentences) describing your approach to group accountability coaching
  6. Optional: a link to a short video introduction (60 seconds) — we want to get a sense of your personality and presence before we connect

Full program details, brand information, and coaching materials will be shared with shortlisted candidates only.

Why This Role Is Worth Your Time

  • Recurring work — not a one-off gig. Successful coaches are invited back for every cohort.
  • Growing program — as demand increases, so does the number of groups and paid hours available.
  • Structured content — you receive a complete program framework to coach around. You are not building a curriculum from scratch.
  • Motivated participants — people who invest in this program are committed to genuine change. You will be working with engaged, action-oriented groups.
  • Fully remote — work from anywhere, on a schedule that suits you.
  • Potential to grow into a lead coach role as the program expands.

We look forward to hearing from you.
