We have a requirement for a small (8 page, A4) document to be hand delivered to an address in Kuwait City. There is no requirement to speak to or engage with the recipient, simply to prove that you delivered the document by hand. We will provide the document to you as a single PDF file to be printed, placed in a sealed envelope and then delivered. All that is required is that you (1) provide a smartphone image of the point of delivery: letterbox/mailbox etc and (2) complete our short standard form to confirm the date and time that you made the delivery.
