Looking for someone who has a HIGH level of attention to detail as well as experience and interest in healthy & cruelty free eating. I would like to adopt receipes that you will search for the ingrediants & make sure they match all of the below criteria :
- No garbage additives or unhealthy ingredients
- Verified pasture raised eggs vs cage free or non cage free eggs
- Contains NO hydrogenated, vegetable, or seed oils (canola, soy, sesame, etc.)
- Olive oil is best, avocado oil & coconut oil are acceptable. If it has to be a seed oil, I might accept high oleic sunflower oil
- The above oils preferred too butter. If there has to be butter than make sure it matches all other parameters
- No sugar, prefer honey, stevia, fruit or other natural sweetener
- Cruelty free meaning the animals range free, eat all organic grass/their natural food as well as the cows are not raped & then have their babies taken away, etc.
- Organic. If not organic at least non-gmo
- Either unpackaged or packaged in glass or metal so as to not have microplastics in the food
Keep in mind to make sure that your job as a researcher is to save me time. So don’t just google a bunch of options and then email them to me. I could do that myself. I need you to find me the BEST option that matches ALL of my critieria I specified. In other words, you are to make the decision for me based on my criteria specified so it saves me time and warrants paying an assistant to do the research and make the decision based on my criteria
Always turn your work in with this checklist :
