We are interested to receive generic and international standard WORD format Templates which can be edited from time to time for new clients having been on-boarded with a new account. Documents consist of:
1) Subscription Agreement;
2) Asset Management Agreement;
3) Service Fees Schedule.
The name of the fund is:
Quantum One.
If possible, we would also like to also receive PDF documents which clients can type in their personal and company details and alter the document but only within the allowed data fields. Clients can not change the Terms and Conditions of our engagement our the fees Schedule. Fees are quite standard internationally so any fee Schedule you have will be accepted.
