Help me finalize my logs in various form

I have 3 logos I already designed and would like 
Primary Production Files:
.AI (Adobe Illustrator)
.EPS
.SVG
.PDF (vector)
Web Files:
High-resolution JPEG (300 DPI)
PNG with transparent background
Color Variations:
Gold on black
Black on white
All black
All white

I would also like 
• Vector SVG file
• Simplified one-color version
• No gradients
• Clean lines
 
I would like them back in a week since I already have the design and will pay once all files are provided.
