I need this estimate converted into Xactimate formatting for a rebuild after a fire.
Scope of work includes: kitchen remodel, (3) bathroom remodels, installing new electrical throughout house including installing new outlets, switched and light fixtures. New insulation, drywall, tape, mud & texture and interior paint. New tile floors throughout house and new baseboards. Does not include full replumbing of house, only new plumbing in bathrooms and kitchen. Does not include any work in attic, roof or exterior.
