Mandatory, provider MUST have had past experience implementing Hubspot.
We have just paid for the first step to work with Hubspot. As I understand it, the next step is On-boarding and integration of Hubspot to our CRM/ERP system.
Later we intend to get the marketing side connected to our website, but for now we are looking to get the first step happening. There may be a need for some long term support when necessary.
We are using a ERP system called Exo Business and also the CRM module for Exo. This is a SQL database. We do have onsite a pretty competent person who understands our Exo system very well and currently connects to it through Microsoft Access, who could assist with some level of understanding of the fields within the system. There is a head office and then two branches that all need to connect to Hubspot as a single system.
We would like to try get a rough target cost and timeline to integrate.
