As the job is a flat fixed cost job, if you are looking to be paid hourly, we only pay by the hour if someone is physcially in the office, and this job does not require the person to be in the office. Please do not apply if you are looking to be paid by the hour.
There has been more than one posting for this position, which we have filled. This is not our first job posting, we will take a different approach before any candidates are hired. You cannot state clearly in your quote details that you possess the experience and HR expertise, and you figure that would suffice but once the job is secured, the work does not reflect your presentation of expertise experience.
This job posting has not led to the desired results. Before anyone is hired, you must identify what are the positions that are required in the company and why they are needed. What should the starting and maximum pay be and why, etc.
