Job Summary
Enterprise Coherence Ltd is seeking an experienced Psychometrician / Credentialing Consultant for a focused, fixed-scope engagement to audit, refine, and sign off on our SME-led assessment infrastructure for ISO/IEC 17024 compliance. The deliverables will be included in our institutional dossier for prospective global examination delivery partners (e.g., APMG International / PeopleCert).
Scope of Work & Deliverables
Working directly with our Lead Subject Matter Expert, you will review AI-synthesized, SME-validated core assessment assets:
Job Task Analysis (JTA) Audit: Review our 35+ executive task statements, domain weighting calculations, and SME criticality survey methodology.
Syllabus & Bloom’s Mapping Review: Audit the 9-School curriculum mapping across cognitive levels (Bloom’s Levels 1–2 for Foundation; Bloom’s Levels 3–4 for Practitioner/Director).
Exam Specification Validation: Verify exam specifications, including domain item distributions, scenario-based item rules, and cut-score methodology.
Independent Audit Report: Issue a concise 1- to 2-page Psychometric Compliance & Validity Sign-Off Report for our institutional partner package.
Required Qualifications
Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Psychometrics, Educational Measurement, Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology, or a related quantitative field.
Standards Expertise: Proven track record in professional certification design aligned with ISO/IEC 17024, NCCA, or ICE standards.
Executive Scheme Experience: Demonstrated experience designing or auditing high-stakes corporate governance, enterprise architecture, or C-suite certification schemes.
Pragmatic AI Policy: Comfortable auditing high-quality, SME-curated content that has leveraged AI tools for initial drafting.
