PAID FIXED-PRICE ASSIGNMENT — TOTAL BUDGET UP TO USD 180
We need an India-based subscriber with an active personal JioFiber or Jio AirFiber connection and full access to the associated MyJio account. The assignment is to document Jio's official customer-support process concerning a domain-name resolution issue observed on the subscriber's own connection.
No specialist networking knowledge is required. We will provide the exact short command, complaint wording, follow-up text, and document checklist.
ELIGIBILITY
- You must personally use an active JioFiber or Jio AirFiber connection in India.
- You must have access to the matching MyJio/subscriber account.
- The check must be performed through the standard Jio connection, without VPN, proxy, Private DNS, mobile data, or another ISP.
- The task is a DNS lookup only. You will not be asked to open the website, browse its content, download anything, change router settings, or bypass any restriction.
WORK AND DELIVERABLES
1. Run one supplied DNS lookup and provide a timestamped screenshot of the result.
2. Register a customer-support complaint through MyJio or JioCare and provide the official Service Request number, date/time, and stated resolution deadline.
3. Complete up to five short follow-ups using text supplied by us and save screenshots or exports of every written response.
4. If Jio closes the request without addressing it, submit one escalation through the official Jio grievance channel using our supplied wording.
5. Deliver a chronological record containing the DNS screenshot, Service Request details, follow-up dates, escalation record, and all Jio responses.
SCHEDULE AND WORKLOAD
The support process may remain open for 30–45 days. Most of that period is waiting for Jio. Expected active work is approximately 2–3 hours in total, divided into several short actions.
PAYMENT MILESTONES
- USD 35: eligibility confirmation, DNS evidence, and official Service Request.
- USD 10 per documented follow-up, up to five follow-ups (maximum USD 50).
- USD 45: documented escalation through the official Jio channel, if required.
- Up to USD 50: complete chronological record and final delivery.
Maximum total budget: USD 180. Milestones are manually approved. No AutoPay or AutoFund. Payment is based on documented completion of the agreed steps, not on Jio providing any particular outcome. Do not begin work until a Guru agreement has been explicitly accepted.
