Interior, Lighting, and Furniture Design

I’m working on a residential project in California, USA, and already have completed floor plans and architectural drawings. I’m seeking additional detailed interior design and MEP-related drawings for a single-family residence located in [City, California].

Project Requirements:
Designs must comply with California Building Code and local regulations.
Existing architectural drawings will be provided in PDF/CAD format.

Scope of Work & Deliverables:
Electrical Drawings – lighting layout, outlets, switches, panel schedule.
Furniture Designs – custom concepts as applicable.
Bathroom Detail Designs – fixtures, finishes, tile layout, elevations.
Kitchen Detail Drawings – cabinetry, appliances, finishes, elevations, sections.
Furniture Layout Plan – optimal placement for space planning.
Integrated Audio/Visual & Sound Layout – speaker locations, equipment racks, wiring paths (if applicable).
Landscape Design – including:

Hardscape plans (pavers, patios, driveways)
Softscape plans (trees, shrubs, planting beds)
Walkways and paths
Outdoor lighting layout
Irrigation concept and water-efficient planting selection


Please Provide:
