I need an attorney to review an Irrevocable Trust draft document. The draft contains all the points I think are important and contains what Copilot can articulate regarding these. I have Trustee candidates who are willing to be Trustees and who have reviewed my draft. So now it is time to produce an attorney reviewed document. Two components that need to be addressed are, the Trust will be receiving IP and it will be receiving real property Assets. The Trust’s main task will be to take over licensing the IP to a pre-revenue software development company owned by me.
