About the Project
We’re developing an app, a new social travel app designed to help travelers meet verified locals in a fun, safe, and meaningful way. Think: the ease of a dating app + the purpose of a travel companion app + smart venue recommendations.
We’re now looking for a high-quality UI/UX Designer to create the full visual experience of the mobile app for both android and iOS devices.
What You Will Design
You’ll be designing the full app interface and user journey, based on our established wireframe and workflow. Here is a simple breakdown of what the app includes:
Core App Screens
1. Onboarding & Verification
2. Home Feed / Match Browsing
3. Chat Interface
4. Schedule a Micro-Meet
5. Venue Recommendation System
6. QR Code Discount System
7. Safety Overlay
8. Reviews & Ratings
9. Profile Settings

What We’re Looking For
• Strong portfolio of mobile app UI/UX projects
• Ability to design clean, modern, travel-friendly interfaces (Airbnb, Tinder, Bumble aesthetic)
• Experience in designing:
• Match-based interactions
• Maps or venue cards
• QR systems
• Multi-step flows
• Familiarity with Figma (Figma preferred)
• Strong understanding of UX for safety-sensitive apps
Deliverables
• Complete UI for all screens (approx. 40–50 screens)
• Full interactive prototype in Figma
• Reusable components (buttons, cards, typography, icons)
• Design system including:
• Light, travel-inspired color palette
• Typography (Montserrat)
• Icon pack for core features
• Handoff-ready assets for development
