Project: Build a fully functional product order form in JotForm for a branded apparel item (Callaway Opti-Vent Polo).
Goal: Customers must be able to select color, size, quantity, upload their logo, and see correct dynamic pricing based on quantity tiers.
🧩 What’s Already Done
I’ve started the form, including:
Product name & description
Color options (10 colors)
Size options (S–4XL)
Quantity tier pricing rules (should calculate automatically)
Uploaded individual product images for each color
BUT the form is not behaving correctly.
The price per piece displays correctly, but the total is not multiplying by quantity, and the product image setup / logic needs to be fixed.
📌 What I Need You To Fix / Build
Correct product pricing
Quantity tiers are set, but JotForm is not calculating the total correctly.
Total should = quantity x price per piece (based on the tier).
Correct product image behavior
Each color option should display the correct image when selected.
If needed, reorganize images or use conditional logic.
Clean up the product configuration
Ensure fields are properly linked.
Make options clean, organized, and user-friendly.
Make sure the product element behaves like a proper e-commerce item.
Confirm mobile usability
(Optional but preferred)
Add a polished look: spacing, alignment, formatting, etc.
Add a “review order summary” if possible.

💼 Additional Info
This is for a branded merchandise business (PromoGosh!) and this form will be used for customers to order polos with embroidered logos.

Preferably completed within 24–48 hours.
💰 Budget
Open to fair offers — this is a simple but detail-oriented job.
If you can complete this quickly and correctly, there will be more forms to build afterward.
