Working Hours
Full-time remote
Shift: 15:00–00:30 ICT (must be available during these hours, no exceptions)
No moonlighting: We use ActivTrak to ensure focus during your shift
What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Answering support chats via our website and support platform (under 1 min support response minute response expected)
Providing basic technical support for WordPress websites (plugins, themes, updates, performance, security, troubleshooting errors)
Assisting with Android remote support for customers using TeamViewer or similar tools (remote configuration, diagnostics, helping users access or manage their apps)
Monitoring site uptime and handling basic maintenance tasks
Escalating complex technical issues to the senior team and documenting all support interactions clearly
Helping with simple WordPress site updates—editing pages, creating blog posts, managing users, updating plugins, and troubleshooting layout issues
Learning on the job: We provide ongoing mentoring and training. You’ll get the chance to develop your skills in both tech support and WordPress development.
About You
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Some experience with WordPress (can be personal or professional)
Basic troubleshooting skills for websites and apps
Familiar with Android devices and comfortable using remote tools like TeamViewer
Fast, reliable internet connection and your own Windows PC or laptop
Strong work ethic and commitment (no job-hopping, stable work history preferred)
Willingness to learn: You’ll be mentored and supported to grow into more technical roles
Team player: Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and not afraid to ask for help
