We are a growing digital marketing agency, seeking a creative and results-driven Landing Page Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing high-converting landing pages that are visually engaging and optimized for performance.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop landing pages that drive conversions and align with marketing goals.
Create responsive, mobile-optimized pages with a focus on user experience.
Work closely with marketing and development teams to ensure seamless integration with campaigns and websites.
Implement best practices for landing page design, including call-to-action placement and copy styling.
Continuously A/B test and optimize landing pages based on data insights.

Requirements:
Proven experience in designing landing pages (portfolio required).
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic JavaScript is a plus).
Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization strategies.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing, high-performance designs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with landing page platforms like Unbounce, Leadpages, or Instapage.
Experience with email marketing platforms and integration.
Understanding of SEO and page load speed best practices.
