Laravel Developer – Long-Term

About
I am currently looking for a Full Stack Laravel / PHP Developer interested in building a long-term professional collaboration.
I am not looking for someone to complete a few freelance tasks. My goal is to build a reliable development team and work together for several years.
The main project is already under development, and I am now looking to gradually strengthen the team in order to accelerate development while maintaining a high level of quality.

First Assignment
Before joining the main project, I would like to start with a smaller assignment on an existing project.
This first mission will allow me to evaluate:
Your technical skills
Your code quality
Your development approach
Your communication
Your problem-solving abilities
Your testing process before delivery
How we work together

If the collaboration is successful, we will naturally continue working together on the main project as part of a long-term collaboration.

You should have solid experience with:
Laravel

Git

Docker
Performance optimization
Application security
Software architecture
