Lead Generator – Tech Talent Sourcing

We are a US-based software development team looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to find candidates for a specialized client-facing role.

You will source and pre-screen candidates with web development background and strong English skills. Payment is fixed-price based on results.

IMPORTANT – Candidate Requirements:
C2+ English mastery with a real American accent (mandatory)
Web development background (basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Comfortable speaking on camera

Compensation:

$50 per successful hire
