About This Opportunity
We are launching a white-label SaaS agency targeting the US market. We need a skilled lead research specialist or small team to consistently deliver high-quality, verified B2B prospect lists across niches we provide.
This is a long-term, rolling monthly engagement. We confirm at the start of each month whether lead generation is required that month and provide full inputs — niche, geography, ideal customer profile, and outreach scope — before any work begins. No work should start without written confirmation from us.
This is not a data entry role. We expect professionals who understand lead quality, use the right tools, and take full ownership of accuracy before submission.

What You'll Do
• Source high-quality B2B prospects using any or all of the following tools as needed: Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Outscraper, D7 Lead Finder, Snov.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly.ai, Phantombuster, Skrapp.io, Coldlytics, or equivalent platforms
• Build enriched lead lists containing mandatory and optional fields as specified below
• Conduct light niche and competitor research to sharpen targeting per assignment
• Send initial outreach messages on behalf of the agency when assigned — email, LinkedIn DM, or SMS — using templates and messaging we provide
• Flag any prospect who responds positively or requests a call as a warm handoff in the CRM immediately — before the Sales team makes contact
• Proactively recommend paid advertisement campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, or other relevant platforms when organic lead volume is insufficient, seasonal demand warrants it, or a niche requires a paid boost to reach adequate volume — recommendations must include suggested platform, estimated budget, targeting approach, and expected lead outcome
• Pre-screen and verify every lead using approved tools before submission — unverified submissions will not be processed
• Submit a verification log with every batch showing tool used, result, and timestamp per lead
• Deliver all leads in import-ready CSV or Google Sheet format matching our exact column template
• Document and continuously improve your sourcing and enrichment workflow for speed and accuracy over time

• Before any work begins each month, we will confirm in writing whether lead generation services are required
• If confirmed, we will provide a full assignment brief including: niche, target geography, ideal customer profile, volume target, and outreach scope (lead only or lead + outreach)
• No leads should be sourced, no outreach should be sent, no ads should be launched, and no costs should be incurred until written confirmation and a full brief are received
• Assignments may vary month to month — volume, niche, and outreach scope are not guaranteed to be the same each month

šŸ’° Payment Structure — Fixed Rate, No Retainer
100% performance-based. No base retainer. No hourly billing. Payment for verified, accepted leads only.
Unit Fixed Rate Notes
1 verified lead (no outreach) $1.00 Lead delivery only — no outreach assigned
1 verified lead + outreach sent $1.50 Lead delivery + initial outreach message(s) sent on our behalf
Minimum monthly threshold 50 leads Below 50 verified leads = $0 for that month
Monthly payment cap $200 Applies to total earnings including outreach uplift combined
Simple math:
• 50 leads, no outreach = $50
• 100 leads, no outreach = $100
• 100 leads, all with outreach = $150
• 200 leads, no outreach = $200 → cap hit
• 133 leads, all with outreach = $199.50 → just under cap
• Any combination totaling $200 = cap hit for that month
Note on paid advertisements: Ad campaign budgets, if approved, are funded separately by us and are not included in the lead payment structure above. Your role is to recommend, set up, and manage approved campaigns — ad spend is not your cost to bear. Campaign management is considered part of your lead generation responsibility and does not attract a separate management fee unless agreed in writing upfront.

šŸ“Œ Outreach Scope and Warm Handoff Rule
Each month your assigned scope will be clearly specified in writing as one of the following:
Scope What It Means
Lead Only Find, verify, and deliver leads. No outreach required.
Lead + Outreach Find, verify, deliver, and send initial outreach messages to each lead using our templates.
• Outreach scope is assigned in writing at the start of each month — you cannot self-declare outreach eligibility
• The $0.50 outreach uplift is only paid for leads where outreach was assigned and confirmed sent — not just delivered
• Proof of outreach sent (tool screenshot, sent folder export, or sequence log) must be included with your verification log for the $0.50 uplift to apply
Warm Handoff Rule
• If your outreach results in a prospect responding positively or requesting a call, flag that lead in the CRM immediately as "Prospect Requested Call"
• The flag must include your freelancer ID and the timestamp of the prospect's response
• This flag must be set before the Sales team makes any contact with that prospect
• Warm handoff flags set after a Sales team call has already occurred will not be accepted
• Your lead payout remains at the applicable rate ($1.00 or $1.50) regardless of whether the lead converts — the warm flag affects the Sales team's closing rate, not yours
