Job Description
We are looking for an active, licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to review our corporate documentation and sign a standard professional opinion / attestation letter. This letter is required by our Certificate Authority (CA) to finalize our software code-signing certificate application.
Our business is a well-established, brick-and-mortar operation with 16 years of continuous operating history. We have all necessary state registration filings, local utility bills, and tax records ready for your swift professional review.

Scope of Work & Deliverables
Review our corporate verification documents (provided upon hiring) to confirm entity existence, physical address, and operating history.
Complete and sign the specific, pre-formatted attestation letter template provided by our Certificate Authority (CA).
Provide your active CPA license number and state of issuance.

Mandatory Contractor Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Cannot Meet All Three)
To comply with strict Certificate Authority validation audits, you must meet the following criteria:
Active CPA License: You must be a licensed CPA in good standing, verifiable via public databases (e.g., CPAverify).
Public Business Footprint: Your accounting practice must have a publicly verifiable business footprint. The CA will look up your practice independently using public telephone and map directories (e.g., Yellow Pages, Google Business profile). The address and phone number on your letterhead must match these public listings.
Mandatory Phone Callback: You must be willing and available to answer a brief, 2-minute verification callback from the Certificate Authority’s auditing team to verbally confirm that you drafted and signed the letter.
