Overview

I’m looking for a LinkedIn Engagement and Appointment-Setting Assistant to manage my LinkedIn profile activity, conduct thoughtful outreach, nurture conversations, and book qualified appointments.

This role is relationship-driven, not spam-driven. Outreach is primarily manual and personalized. I provide all core content—including post formats, written copy, newsletters, and videos. Your role is to publish, engage, and convert conversations into booked calls, not to create original content.

Optional use of ethical, low-volume automation for connection requests may be introduced only if you have proven experience and follow platform-safe practices.

What I Provide (You Don’t Create Content)

  • Written post copy and approved messaging formats

  • Newsletters and long-form content

  • Short-form and long-form videos (with posting instructions)

  • Posting cadence and content themes

  • Target audience definitions and engagement goals

Your job is to execute, engage, and manage conversations, not to invent content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post provided content (text posts, newsletters, videos) according to schedule

  • Manage daily LinkedIn activity and notifications

  • Send manual, personalized connection requests using provided positioning

  • Engage with comments, reactions, and inbound messages

  • Conduct professional, natural follow-up conversations

  • Identify qualified prospects aligned with my services

  • Book appointments directly on my calendar

  • Track outreach, engagement, and booked calls

  • (Optional) Support responsible automation for initial connection requests if experienced

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with LinkedIn engagement, outreach, or appointment setting

  • Strong written communication skills (human, professional, non-spammy)

  • Comfortable managing ongoing conversations—not just sending messages

  • Organized and consistent with follow-ups

  • Understands how to warm leads before booking calls

  • Familiar with LinkedIn best practices and daily activity limits

  • Comfortable following a defined brand voice and messaging framework

Outreach Style (Important)

  • Manual-first, conversation-driven outreach

  • Personalized engagement over mass messaging

  • Value-led, respectful communication

  • No spam, no aggressive selling

Automation may be used only if:

  • You have prior experience doing it safely

  • It is limited to initial connection requests

  • All follow-ups and conversations remain manual

Compensation

  • Bi-weekly base pay

  • 10% commission on sales booked directly from your engagement and appointment setting
