I am looking for a long-term, dedicated Unity Developer to build mobile games with me, game after game.
This is not a traditional "send a task and check back in a week" project. We will be working closely together in real-time.
--- WORKFLOW & EXPECTATIONS ---
• Live Daily Sessions: You must be available for a 5-hour synchronized daily session on Zoom/Discord (25 hours per week).
• Screen-Sharing & Pair Programming: You will share your screen while we work, building features and debugging in real-time.
• AI-Assisted Coding: We vibe-code and move extremely fast. You will be using AI coding tools (such as Cursor AI, Claude, and Gemini) to write and debug code. You must know Unity/C# fundamentals to guide and verify the AI output.

• Consistent Long-Term Work: We will be building multiple mobile projects together.
• Daily Payouts: Hourly pay tracked and paid out daily based on completed sessions.

• Strong fundamentals in Unity, C#, and mobile optimization.
• Reliable internet connection capable of smooth screen-sharing and voice calls.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Enthusiastic about using AI tools to multiply development speed.
