I need an experienced Smartsheet expert to design a complete workspace for managing my personal asset portfolio, real estate holdings, and active construction projects under my LLC. This includes dashboards, automated workflows, reporting, and a clean data structure that supports day‑to‑day operations and executive‑level visibility.
Scope
Build Smartsheet environment for:
Personal assets
Real estate portfolio
Construction project management
Create dashboards with roll‑up metrics across multiple LLCs
Develop automated workflows (approvals, expenses, reminders, updates)
Build job‑cost tracking, budget vs. actuals, and vendor/sub tracking
Create mobile‑friendly forms for field crews
Organize documents, photos, and project files
Requirements
Proven Smartsheet expertise (dashboards, automations, cross‑sheet formulas, data mesh)
