I need an experienced Smartsheet expert to design a complete workspace for managing my personal asset portfolio, real estate holdings, and active construction projects under my LLC. Scope

  • Build Smartsheet environment for:

    • Personal assets

    • Real estate portfolio

    • Construction project management

  • Create dashboards with roll‑up metrics across multiple LLCs

  • Develop automated workflows (approvals, expenses, reminders, updates)

  • Build job‑cost tracking, budget vs. actuals, and vendor/sub tracking
