This project involves porting the LoRa MAC (Medium Access Control) layer and full LoRaWAN network stack to operate on a proprietary hardware platform featuring a custom physical layer (PHY). The primary objective is to enable standardized LoRaWAN communication protocols on a non-standard radio interface, requiring careful adaptation of timing, modulation, and radio control functions to match the proprietary PHY's characteristics. The work includes modifying low-level drivers, integrating the MAC with the board's custom transceiver interface, and ensuring compliance with LoRaWAN specifications for interoperability. This enables the use of widely supported LoRaWAN network services while leveraging unique performance or integration benefits offered by the custom hardware
