Our company markets databases for trade show attendees around the USA. We need company name, address, website, phone number, individual name, (job title if available) and email for contact person. With these types of list you can sometime scrape an exhibition site and append data for the attendees, but mostly not.
These lists are custom configured often using ASSUMPTIONS of who will attend the show. For example, the NY NOW show is a gift show. The people coming in are retailers from across the USA and there's around 10K potential attendees. So for this list we would need to compile gift stores from around the country with company name, address, website, phone and an individual's name and email. We get 4 days to compile our lists large or small. This is just one example. We compile food shows, financial shows, medical, etc.
We discourage generic emails (info@ sales@ etc). This does not work for us
