Manual Vectorization of Heraldic / Institutional Logo (PrintReady Master)
A. Job Description
A senior illustrator / institutional graphic designer to manually redraw an existing heraldic logo into a professional, printready vector master suitable for:
- business cards
- letterheads
- seals
- embossing / debossing
- foil stamping
- official documents
This is NOT logo design and NOT redesign.
The visual concept already exists and must remain unchanged.
B. What This Project IS
- Manual vector drawing from scratch
- Precision Bézier curves (no autotracing)
- Printfirst, institutional quality
- Suitable for engraving, seals, and highend print
C. What This Project IS NOT
- Logo redesign or modernization
- Branding or startupstyle work
- AIgenerated or Image Trace output
- Canva, Figmaonly, or generatorbased work
- “Quick SVG conversion” services
If you propose any of the above, this project is not for you.
D. Required Profile
You must be able to demonstrate experience with complex heraldic or institutional symbols, such as:
- coats of arms
- university or bank emblems
- legal / notarial seals
- insignia, orders, or crests
If your portfolio contains only modern logos or social media graphics, please do not apply.
E. Technical Requirements (MustHave)
- Adobe Illustrator (desktop version)
- Fully manual vector drawing
- Clean Bézier curves (minimal anchor points)
- Perfect symmetry and proportional accuracy
- Layered structure (symbols, typography, decorative elements)
- No raster elements in final files
F. Deliverables
- Master file (fully editable)
- Clean SVG (readable, no unnecessary code)
- PDF with all outlines
- Mono / singlecolor compatible version
- Printsafe structure for embossing and foil stamping
G. Important Constraints
- No changes to symbols, proportions, or meaning
- No “creative interpretation”
- No stylistic input beyond technical execution
- Absolute fidelity to the original design

I. Quality Standard
The final logo must look appropriate for:
- a bank seal
- a court document
- an archival institutional mark
If it wouldn’t belong there, it will not be accepted.

- no creative interpretation is allowed,
- no redesign is permitted,
