Manuscript Editing

I am looking for an experienced fiction editor to edit my completed 35,000 word novella, The Breath of Straw, a Southern Gothic/folk horror story with elements of romance, mystery, and tragedy. 
. The novel has a strong rural atmosphere, character-driven storytelling, supernatural elements, and dialogue that sometimes uses Southern/rural speech patterns.
I am looking for an editor who can improve the manuscript while preserving my voice and my characters' voices. I don't want the story rewritten in someone else’s style. 
The edit should address:
Grammar, punctuation, spelling, and sentence structure
Awkward or unclear wording
Repetition and unnecessary wording
Dialogue flow and readability
Consistency in character names, details, and events
Pacing and transitions
Areas where the writing tells too much instead of showing
Any confusing passages or continuity problems
Preservation of intentional Southern/rural dialogue and character voice
I am open to suggestions for strengthening a scene, but I want the editor to respect the existing story, characters, atmosphere, and overall direction.
