I own an outpatient chiropractic practice that recently experienced a drop in billing revenue over a 3-month period. I like my current billing company, but I don't know how to analyze the reports they send me. Please help me analyze the billing data and the revenue trends and advise me as to what is the cause and how we should remedy it.
