We are seeking a skilled Medical Training Content Developer to create comprehensive, high-quality educational modules on a range of medical topics, starting with Hypertension (HTN), Diabetes, Neurology, Immunology, and Oncology. These modules will be used for professional medical training and include PowerPoint presentations, narrated video content, and knowledge check quizzes.

As part of this role, you will:

  1. Develop 10 training sessions per topic, each tailored to 15-minute presentations.
  2. Create visually appealing and content-rich PowerPoint slides.
  3. Record or collaborate on professional audio narration for each module.
  4. Convert presentations into short training videos.
  5. Design knowledge check quizzes (e.g., multiple-choice questions) for each session.

Responsibilities

  • Research and prepare content based on provided medical references (e.g., Harrison’s, Goodman & Gilman’s).
  • Design clear and engaging PowerPoint slides with visuals, charts, and diagrams.
  • Write concise, accurate narration scripts based on provided outlines.
  • Collaborate with video editors (if needed) to produce polished training videos.
  • Ensure all materials are evidence-based and align with current clinical guidelines.
  • Meet deadlines for each module and adapt to feedback.

Qualifications

  • Medical/Healthcare Background:

    • MD, Pharmacist, Nurse, or Healthcare Professional (preferred).
    • Advanced knowledge of medical sciences (especially cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, etc.).
  • Content Development Skills:

    • Proficiency in PowerPoint and video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro).
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
    • Ability to simplify complex medical topics into digestible content.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • Experience in creating narration scripts or voiceover recordings is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail:

    • Accuracy in research, content creation, and adherence to clinical guidelines.

Deliverables

For each medical topic (e.g., Hypertension):

  1. 10 PowerPoint Presentations (15 minutes each).
  2. 10 Narrated Videos (converted from presentations).
