Meeting Closer Convert Renovation Leads

Reno Wave is a fast-growing SMMA helping renovation companies (bathrooms, kitchens, extensions) land high-paying clients. We’re looking for a rockstar Meeting Closer to take Zoom calls with pre-qualified leads, handle objections like a pro, and close them into long-term retainers.

What You’ll Do:

Run Zoom strategy calls and showcase our services.
Turn hesitant leads into paying clients.
Work closely with our cold caller to ensure smooth lead handoffs.
Update Flozy CRM with outcomes and client notes.
Provide details for Closed/Won clients: retainer price, calendar email for quote funnel, and before/after images (6 per client across 3 ad campaigns).


You’ll Need:

Proven sales experience (B2B/service-based preferred).
Persuasive, confident, and self-motivated.
Comfortable with Zoom & CRM tools (Flozy).


Hours & Pay:

~30–35 hrs/month (~8–9 hrs/week)
BST hours: 10 AM – 5 PM
£20.90/hr (~£627–£731/month)
Paid at the end of each month


Start Date: Monday, 1st September 2025
