Administrative & Secretarial Personal / Virtual Assistance

We’re looking for a organised Community Manager / VA to help steward our member platform, support impact work, and keep our space active, calm, and well-run.


You’ll support the day-to-day running of our member platform by:

  • Posting and maintaining content across member pages (forums, campaigns, events, resources)

  • Curating and amplifying member campaigns with consent

  • Managing quarterly micro-grant rounds (posting dates, updates, reminders)

  • Updating the events calendar and live forum pages

  • Supporting the member directory and profile listings

  • Keeping pinned posts, guidelines, and key pages up to date

  • Flagging anything that needs founder review or approval


Outreach, Marketing & Partnerships

  • Outreach marketing to potential members, partners, and sponsors

  • Helping identify aligned organisations, brands, and collaborators

  • Supporting promotion of events, micro-grants, and member opportunities

  • Tracking outreach activity and follow-ups



This role would suit someone who is:

  • English fluent, organised, and detail-oriented

  • Familiar with online communities, membership platforms, or digital hubs

  • Aligned with social impact, community work, or purpose-led projects

  • Experience in community, non-profit, social enterprise, or advocacy spaces is a plus.


Time & Structure

  • Part-time / contract role

  • Approx. 5–10 hours per week (flexible)

  • Remote
