You’ll support the day-to-day running of our member platform by:
Posting and maintaining content across member pages (forums, campaigns, events, resources)
Curating and amplifying member campaigns with consent
Managing quarterly micro-grant rounds (posting dates, updates, reminders)
Updating the events calendar and live forum pages
Supporting the member directory and profile listings
Keeping pinned posts, guidelines, and key pages up to date
Flagging anything that needs founder review or approval
Outreach, Marketing & Partnerships
Outreach marketing to potential members, partners, and sponsors
Helping identify aligned organisations, brands, and collaborators
Supporting promotion of events, micro-grants, and member opportunities
Tracking outreach activity and follow-ups
This role would suit someone who is:
English fluent, organised, and detail-oriented
Familiar with online communities, membership platforms, or digital hubs
Aligned with social impact, community work, or purpose-led projects
Experience in community, non-profit, social enterprise, or advocacy spaces is a plus.
