Company Overview: We are a growing online business specializing in digital guides. We believe in data-driven marketing and are seeking a talented Meta Ads Manager to drive our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. This is a remote position offering $7.50 per hour. 


Role Summary: As our Meta Ads Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to boost conversions and sales of our digital guides. The ideal candidate is skilled in crafting engaging ad creatives (compelling copy and eye-catching visuals) and has hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager for campaign setup and optimization. We’re looking for someone who delivers more than just impressions and views – a professional who truly understands ROI and buyer behavior, turning data insights into high-performing ad strategies


Key Responsibilities

  • Full Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns end-to-end, including defining objectives, selecting target audiences, and configuring ad settings in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Creative Development: Produce or guide the creation of engaging ad creatives – from persuasive ad copy to attractive visuals – tailored to our audience and brand.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Test multiple ad variations (copy, images, videos, headlines) to identify what drives the best results, and iterate based on performance data. Continuously analyze and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI, making data-driven adjustments to targeting, bidding, and creatives to improve conversion rates.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while achieving the best possible cost per result. Adjust spending as needed to maximize return on ad spend and overall campaign profitability.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS) on a regular basis. Provide insights and clear recommendations in reports, and use these insights to refine campaign strategy – focusing on driving conversions and sales, not just generating views.
  • Audience Targeting: Leverage a strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation to reach the right customers. Continually research and refine target audience profiles based on campaign data and buyer behavior trends to improve ad relevance and effectiveness.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with Meta’s advertising platform updates, policies, and best practices. Implement new features or strategies as they become available to keep campaigns innovative, effective, and compliant with Facebook/Instagram guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with content writers or graphic designers as needed (or independently create content) to ensure all ad materials align with our brand and marketing goals. Communicate effectively with the team about campaign plans, performance, and optimization ideas.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Experience: Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns through Meta Ads Manager. You should be comfortable with full campaign setup, optimization, and ongoing management of ads


  • Creative Skills: Strong copywriting abilities for crafting ad text and a good eye for design. Capable of producing compelling ad copy and coordinating or creating visual assets that capture attention and drive engagement.


  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in analyzing campaign data and performance metrics, with the ability to translate numbers into actionable strategy. Demonstrated experience optimizing campaigns for conversions and ROI (focusing on results over vanity metrics like impressions)


  • Audience & ROI Focus: Deep understanding of audience targeting strategies and buyer behavior. Skilled at segmenting audiences and tailoring campaigns to different customer groups. The ideal candidate is always focused on strategies that drive real business results (leads, sales and ROI) rather than just clicks or views


  • Testing & Optimization: Familiarity with A/B testing principles and a habit of continuously testing different ad elements to improve performance. Comfortable adjusting bidding strategies, budgets, and creatives in response to data insights for better outcomes.


  • Budget Management: Experience handling ad budgets responsibly, with an ability to maximize performance within a given budget. Know-how in scaling campaigns while keeping acquisition costs in check is a plus.


  • Tools & Technical Know-how: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and related tools. Knowledge of Facebook Pixel implementation and conversion tracking is important. Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track post-ad engagement is beneficial.


  • Communication: Excellent communication and reporting skills. Able to produce clear, concise reports on campaign performance and explain results and recommendations. Since this is a remote role, you should be self-motivated, accountable, and responsive.


  • Adaptability: A proactive learner who stays on top of social media advertising trends and algorithm changes. Able to quickly adapt ad strategies to platform updates or new market insights to maintain campaign effectiveness.
