Metatrader 5- EA - Forex & Gold strategy

Looking for an expert MT5 programmer to code an EA with the following characteristics:
Instruments: Major FX pairs + Gold
Max Drawdown: 20% per year (on a 5 year backtesting period)
Profit Factor: At least 2.5
Approach: Preferably swing trading (no scalping, no martingale)
Risk Management: Strong and consistent
Backtest: At least 5 years with 100% tick precision (must be verifiable)
Platform: MT5 compatible
