Microsoft Dynamics CE Development

Hi, 

We are  looking for a freelancer to help us build out a Case Management solution on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. This is for an MVP project
Scope of the project:
Setting up and configuring Dynamics 365 CE for case management (intake, triage, resolution flow)
Building a Power Apps solution that lets external users register/sign up (think: external portal users, not internal staff)
Some .NET/C# work for the bits that configuration alone can't handle (custom plugins, APIs, integrations)
Power Automate flows to tie processes together
Setting up security roles/access so external vs internal users see only what they should
We're not looking for a huge team or agency — ideally one solid individual who knows Dynamics CE inside and out and can own this from idea to working MVP.
