We’re looking for an experienced web and domain specialist to handle a clean migration of our company website and email from gravitonco.com to gravitonadvisors.com.

This includes transferring our current site, setting up proper redirects, configuring DNS records, and establishing new Google Workspace emails under the new domain — with forwarding from the old domain to ensure continuity.
Our goal is a seamless transition with no downtime, broken links, or lost emails.

Scope of Work:
Transfer the existing website from gravitonco.com → gravitonadvisors.com (same hosting environment).
Set up 301 redirects to preserve SEO and external link value.
Update DNS and SSL certificates for the new domain.
Configure Google Workspace under @gravitonadvisors.com.
Set up email forwarding/aliasing from old @gravitonco.com accounts.
Verify domain ownership in Google Search Console & Analytics.
Test all website links, forms, and email flows post-migration.
Provide a short written summary of changes (DNS updates, redirects, and workspace setup).
Requirements:
Proven experience migrating domains and websites (especially via Google Workspace + standard hosting platforms).
Familiar with DNS management (A, MX, CNAME, TXT records).
Understanding of SEO-safe redirection and HTTPS certificate setup.
Experience configuring Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for new domains.
Attention to detail — zero tolerance for broken links or downtime.

Deliverables:
Live site under gravitonadvisors.com (mirroring current design and content).
All old URLs redirect correctly to the new domain.
Fully functional email flow for all users (send/receive + forwarding).
1–2 page summary of DNS, redirect, and email configuration for future reference.
