We are seeking to hire, via direct invitation, a programmer who is currently familiar with the platform, to formalize and execute its migration, optimization, and scalability on AWS.
The project includes:
Migrating the website and database from the current hosting to AWS.
Updating and ensuring system compatibility with PHP 8.4.
Optimizing the code and photo upload processes.
Secure and direct file uploads to Amazon S3.
Implementing Amazon SQS and freelancers to process photos and extract faces using AWS Rekognition.
Configuring EC2, the database, backups, monitoring, and cost alerts.
Handling retries, failed photos, and preventing duplicate registrations or extractions.
Upload testing with batches of photos and simultaneous uploads from two computers.
Rollback and production deployment plan.
Technical documentation and warranty period.
The complete scope, deliverables, testing procedures, and acceptance criteria are detailed in the attached document.
The work will be contracted at a fixed price and divided into milestones. Each payment will be released after reviewing and accepting the corresponding deliverable.
